Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms are a draft for the invited private beta. They are not a substitute for legal advice and must be reviewed before a broader public release.
1. Private beta status
ContentSilo is currently an invited private beta. Features may change, be unavailable, or be removed. Users must not rely on the service for critical or urgent business processes. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
Using the service means agreeing to these terms. Use the service only with an invited or otherwise authorized account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Public sign-up is not offered.
3. User content and rights
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded product assets, logos, images, text, brand materials, and any social content you provide. You remain responsible for your uploaded content. You grant ContentSilo the limited rights needed to host, process, and generate the output you request. ContentSilo does not claim ownership of your product assets.
4. AI-generated output limitations
- Generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, distortions, or unexpected content.
- Product images, labels, logos, packaging, colors, offers, and text must be reviewed by the user.
- ContentSilo does not guarantee exact product fidelity.
- ContentSilo does not guarantee that output is legally compliant, advertising compliant, platform compliant, trademark-safe, or fit for any particular purpose.
- Users must conduct human review before commercial use, publishing, advertising, or distribution.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service in an unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent way
- upload content without the rights needed to use it
- attempt to circumvent access controls, credit limits, security, or beta restrictions
- upload malware or use automated abuse
- generate or publish prohibited content
- reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law or these terms
6. Social account connections
Future social connections are optional. Only connect accounts, pages, or channels you are authorized to manage. Publishing, if enabled, must require an explicit user action. Social services may reject, remove, or limit content or accounts independently. Social integration availability is not guaranteed. In this beta, social publishing may be available for YouTube and Facebook Page when a user explicitly connects an account. Instagram, TikTok, and Threads are not live.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted, changed, suspended, or discontinued. These terms do not promise uptime, support response times, or feature availability.
8. Intellectual property
ContentSilo retains rights in its software and service. Users retain rights in uploaded content, subject to the limited processing license in these terms. ContentSilo does not claim ownership of user product assets.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for misuse, security, legal reasons, or beta changes. Users may request account and content deletion under the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided as available for an invited private beta. There is no warranty that the service or generated output will be uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and venue: [Jurisdiction and governing law — to be completed after legal review]. These terms do not assert a specific legal entity, court, or country until that review is complete.
