Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your ContentSilo account and associated personal data. This page explains how to make that request. It does not promise an exact completion deadline.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@contentsilo.io.
2. Use the email address associated with the ContentSilo account.
3. Subject: Data Deletion Request.
4. Include enough information to identify the account.
5. ContentSilo may request verification before processing.

privacy@contentsilo.io may be a placeholder until domain email is configured.

What deletion covers

When a verified deletion request is processed, ContentSilo will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal data and account/project information that is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, and operational retention requirements.

Connected social accounts

If you connected a social platform account, include the social platform name and connected account, page, or channel details in your request. ContentSilo will delete or revoke stored connection credentials and platform-derived data where applicable and supported by the platform. Social account connection in this private beta is limited to YouTube and Facebook Page when those integrations are configured.
